I just finished Insanity and I'm not really sure what I should do next.
I'm sort of sick of the whole DVD thing.
I have dumbells, kettleball, exercise ball, jump rope, resistance bands, and a treadmill.
I would love to do some stuff outside, like bike rides, jogs, ect., but it is just so hot here in California I'd die of heat stroke in a minute. So I would eliminate any suggestions that would make me have to workout outside.
