Brewmasters routine is pretty spot on. For the majority of people there is little or no point in doing anything else..
Forget crunches, bicep curls, Bosu balls,, leg warmers.. The lifts Brewmaster has published have been around for decades and are well proven.
Get this. Your strength will improve and you'll "tone up" but you're unlikely to get bulky :)
Despite its efficacy... most people will still prefer a JM workout DVD.. sigh....
