Hi Sharon! Sorry to hear you are having some back trouble! It would really be best to talk with your doctor and get a referral to a physical therapist who can give you a specific program that is safe and effective for you. They would be able to look at your health history, but also assess you in person, which is not something we are able to do and without doing that when you have health conditions like this, it isn't safe to recommend any particular exercises.
