It is a bodyweight core strengthening exercise, record it as such.


It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.

I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.

Cardio burns calories, strength work burns fat.

Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit

You can not build a six pack using twelve packs

exercises done with the ab wheel are considered strength training and you'd log it the same way you'd log any other ST.

Anyone know how to do that? IIf you don't know what I'm talking about, it's that wheel with spokes that sticks on on either side. You crouch down and roll it away from you and back in. Don't see an option for it on the fitness tracker.
