I usually try to enter in the lowest suggested calories burned. So if you really don't think you burned that much, you can choose to manually enter calories burned and enter the estimate from another tracker. If you have access to a heart rate monitor, it might give you a better idea. They still provide estimates, but they're widely considered to be much more accurate than an online tracker.

OK, so I just rode my bike for 110 minutes (of biking) that ended up being about 25 miles (so averaging about 13-14 mph). I enter that in the fitness tracking and it says I burned 1962 calories. That is about twice every other tracker I have ever seen for that amount of exercise. What gives? Is the tracker always that way off?

I lost a lot of weight and maintained it for years, then I got all stressed and busy and lost my way. Starting over from a much better place (way less to lose this time!) and making things better.
