Hello again, thank you all for your opinions, I really appreciate them. And I will confess - you've talked me out of the diet, and instead - I'm just going to add buckwheat to my "menu". And especially thank You LDAVENPOR4 for your kind words. :)

HANNA_WESLEY,

As others noted, you may see results, but what's the point if those results don't last ? That's the problem with these fad diets. You might be able to take the weight off, BUT the problem is that most people tend to REGAIN the weight back with extra.

That's not a healthy way to lose weight. If you really want to lose, you're going to have to accept the fact that there are NO fast ways to lose weight. Don't let the gimic diets fool you. Weight loss is a slow steady process that takes time.

We are our own worst critics. Flaws we see in ourselves, no one else sees. As the old song goes,"accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative". Give yourself credit for all the positive things you do for yourself and don't beat yourself up because you're not perfect. You don't have to be perfect to be healthy.

You really don't have to do a diet to lose weight. You DO have to do your best to eat as healthfully as possible along with watching your portions. When it comes to losing weight or gaining weight, what matters most is what we eat. Quality trumps quantity. Eating less will not speed up your weight loss. As I and others have said, weight loss is a slow steady process that takes time.

Patience, it's a virtue.

Hannah, you are so young and beautiful right now. Don't go on crazy diets and totally mess up your metabolism--for life. Find something you can live with and works for you and stick with it. Remember none of us are perfect. But you are about as close as it comes. Just be your best.

The higher your energy level, the more efficient your body. The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results. Anthony Robbins--

"diets" stop working when you go back to your old habits, and generally, the faster you lose weight, the faster you gain it back and more.

That's why gradually changing your habits to ones that you can maintain for a lifetime is recommended.

Hello everybody,

Do you think if I would go on a 7 days buckwheat and kefir diet, and at the same time do jogging for 40 minutes a day, I would see results in a week? Any other related opinions and advises are very appreciated. Thank You :)
