During a run yesterday, I hurt my calf…pulled a muscle, I guess. I iced it and elevated it. But, now that I can't run (it even hurts to walk), I am in need of some exercise that won't use my calf muscle. Any ideas? I don't have access to a pool, unfortunately.
I just want to keep exercising. I can lift weights with upper body and left leg, but only a couple times a week. I need ideas for cardio while my calf heals. Thanks!
