I am in need of some major advice. I broke my foot about three months ago and it still hasn't healed. Apparently I broke one of the worst, slowest healing spots you can hit. Anyhow, I NEED to start eating healthy, but I can't for the life of me control myself.
I'm thinking the first step should be to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, because right now I only drink half of that.
The major part of losing weight is to eat healthy. Right?
Even so, I think I should get moving so I'm not just sitting on the couch and watching Bring it On and another one of my fave Kirsten Dunst movies- Bachelorette. Or the Vampire Diaries and being jealous of both Kirsten and Nina Dobrev's bodies.
So is there ANYTHING I can do for exercise? That will also (hopefully) help me lose weight?
I can walk a little bit. For like 15 minutes at a time. But I'm currently back home in Vegas where a normal temp is 109 during the day time. And my treadmill's broken.
So any help would be greatly appreciated.
