I did my first 5k race in April and loved it. I have my choice of signing up for.another 5k or a 10k in early September. I regularly do 5k. Today I did 4 miles and so far I am not sore (we will see if I can get out of bed tomorrow).
Is it reasonable to think I could do a 10k in early September? Or is that increasing distance too quickly?
