In the short term, working out some more won't hurt.
In the longer term, regularly working out more than your initial goals may mean you are not eating appropriately for your needs. This is easily fixed - just update your Exercise Goals (accessible from the LH side of the Start page) to reflect what you think is a realistic long term goal, and Spark will recommend an intake appropriate for this new activity level.
