I have a question about the amount of calories I need based on my workout.
I've been on Spark for a year and half. In the first year I lost weight, but for the last 6 months I have not lost any weight. A big time plateau. I've been running since last August, trying to maintain a 3 runs/week schedule, 3-5 miles each.
I have a FitBit for tracking my activity. I just switched to the new Spark nutrition tracker and it's telling me I have more calories to eat today, a lot more than I expected. Have I not been eating enough? How can I tell how much I should be eating on the days I run vs. the days that I walk/weight train?
