I finished it back in April and absolutely loved it! My piece of advice to you is even if you aren't in the 'mood' to workout...pop in the dvd and do it anyway. Doing a workout (even if you decide to moderate) is better than not working out, and plus it's only 25min which means it's over before you know it! And my other piece is to not get discouraged if you have a week where you aren't able to work out all 5 days...if you have a super hectic schedule one week, don't beat yourself up about it! Just get back into the rhythm of things and stay positive.

Is there anyone still doing Focus T25?? I am on Week 1, day 3. I really enjoy it so far! I am getting up at 4am every day to get the workout done and out of the way, then in the evening I do Leslie Sansone's 1 mile walk video.
I am doing my best at eating healthy at the same time. I know I am only 3 days in...but I really want to get below 200 before my birthday on August 31st.

I'm on day 13. Definitely a challenge for me but I love the workout it gives me. I'm a modifier, sometimes I keep up with the guys but usually with Tanya? A great program so far ! :)

I didn't do to well on the Total Cardio, but I'm not bust about it. I will repeat it next week and will do better. That was a tough one for me. Keep up the great work with the program.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!
No such thing as last place only finishers.

T25 is a beachbody workout program (at home dvd workouts). The workout is only 25min but it still packs such a great workout into that time! I just started the beta side which is the 2nd half of the program...definitely loving the workout and loving my results! I've been going into a lot of detail about the program on my sparkpeople blog which I listed a few comments below.

I just started yesterday...did Speed 1.0 today. I LOVE these workouts so far. I love that I am challenged and that Shaun T motivates me. Just in these 2 workouts, I have learned so much more about form and I really like that. I am looking forward to seeing what this program can do!

I just finished my 5th week which means I finished the Alpha side!! Can't believe how great it's been. Any update on how you guys are doing with it?? I'm on week 2 and lost 4lbs and a few inches as well. I love it. But question, is this the only workout you're doing or do you use another? I've been doing to different programs, but now I'm thinking I'm doing too much and need to cut back. Any input would b helpful.

I like the short workouts of T25. It's a lot of cardio, but it depends on what you expect for ST. It incorporates planks/push ups/lunges/squats/burpees, but the first five weeks doesn't use any weights/resistance bands. The second five weeks uses weights in two of the videos.

I have been looking for a home DVD set that combines both cardio and strength training in short period of time (30 min max is all I have for working out most days). I have Jillian's Revolution and like it but get bored with her cardio (repeats a lot). I also have Insanity but found it mostly cardio, very repetitious and too long for busy working people.

Can you please tell me if this set gives variety with a good workout that includes both cardio and ST? Thanks!!

I just finished week two and I'm enjoying it so far. Originally I was just going to join my friend on days when she needed extra support (as I already had a 4-day per week routine), but it was fun and I just committed to doing the whole 10 week program with her. Luckilly, it will end right around when my husband gets home from deployment, so that's my motivation on days when I would rather sleep in!

Hello Everyone, I jut received my T25 package and Will be starting it on Monday with Shaun T's challenge group. Is anyone else doing the challenge. it is on Facebook under his name and I believe under Focus T25. Well, I did not do Speed 1.0 yesterday as I did a huge hike and a 3 mile walk. So, I started over today with Cardio and man was I dog tired. I guess my legs were worn out from all the hiking yesterday, but I had to modify the entire workout pretty much. I couldn't get my feet off the ground, plus the balls of my feet were so sore (I wore cotton socks like a dummy yesterday!)

Anyway, onto Speed 1.0 tomorrow. We'll see how it goes.

I did Alpha Cardio yesterday and it was awesome. Great workout and it flew by. I had to modify either by going slower and changing the form for about !/4 to 1/3, but it was still a really tough workout. I'm doing Speed 1.0 today. We'll see how that goes.

THe Total Body Circuit is just TOUGH. But I LOVE this T25!!! You will really enjoy it. You might feel like dying, but it is only 25 minutes!!!

I'm in week 2 now. It's definitely a tough workout. There is a modifier if you're not able to do all the jumping. So far it's been worth the money. I'll wait until I get into beta before ordering gamma.

I'm in the first week too and just did the Total Body Circuit last night. I really liked the variety in the video--all the planks, push-ups, squats, cardio. It's amazing how much you can sweat in only 25 minutes!

I have a feeling the second month (or 5 weeks) is going to be so much harder...

My workout is usually boxing, but I did amazing with Insanity. I plan on buying the T25 really soon since I like Shaun T. I have a friend who is a beachbody coach and absolutely adores the T25, along with her workout crew. I can't wait to hear what you guys think!

I have the DVD but I'm waiting until I finish Chalean Extreme next month to start..I'm guessing the beginning of September I'll move onto T25. Really excited and hoping to stick to the meal plan, which I never do.
