I hear you about schedules, if someone messes with my schedule I am a basket case. Being in Korea has actually seriously helped me in this area, they do EVERYTHING the last minute, so I am learning to go with the flow.
Anyway. Motivation is a toughie.
You mentioned not having a lot of money to exercise, it's all good, you don't need money! If you have a house and a pair of shoes, and a computer and/or smart phone, you are good!
I was stuck for a long time thinking "I have to go outside of the house for exercise to count". It's not true, the spark strength videos that use pilates and what not are great, and no equipment other than your body is needed. For cardio, walking is natures best fitness tool. Just go outside and walk.
As for not having time, when I get home from work, the last thing I want is to get all sweaty and gross after dealing with evil children all day....okay, so they usually aren't that bad...but I understand how getting home you are exhausted and can't imagine working out.
Have you tried doing it in the morning? I put my exercise time before work, right after waking up and reading my Bible, off I go to work on pushups to my favorite music. It works really well for me, maybe it will for you.
