I would not track the cool down and warm up, but just the actual workout itself.

When you track a fitness routine from one of Nicoles DVD's, Cardio Blast for instance, do you track just the 10 minutes? Or do you track 20 minutes which would include the 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down?
