I'm with Zorbs on this one - there is no reason for men and women to follow a different workout program. You should both be aiming to work your muscles to fatigue in 12 reps or less - while likely it will take him a heavier weight to achieve this than you, the principle you should both be following is no different.

I don't know about that particular piece of equipment, but women do not need to train differently than men.

My husband bought a universal home gym. He created his own workout routine, but I'm thinking that mine should be different. I know each system is slightly different, but does anyone know where I can find a workout routine for women to use on a home gym? I'm finding the Google results hard to navigate. Thanks!
