For gastro-intestinal distress, often the recommendation is bananas, rice, applesauce, toast (dry). I tend to choose applesauce first. Then later when I start feeling better, a little plain rice. Hope you feel better soon.
And no, don't work out if you feel nauseated. Just do your workout tomorrow or whenever you're better.
You can't wait for inspiration. You have to go after it with a club.
