This might seem like a very silly question but I would still appreciate some answers.
My work schedule allows for 3-4 workouts in a week (I only have a day off in 2 weeks) while I perform a total of about 30 min cardio and 30 min st per every workout.
Soon, I will have 2 weeks off. I want to increase my workout to 5-6/week during these 2 weeks. However, I'll eventually go back to my regular routine when vacation ends.
What can be the pitfalls of this? Do you think I should stick to my regular schedule but increase the intensity only (which I plan to do anyways within those 2 weeks)?
