I was the same way when I started so I totally understand this question. I was not into cardio at all and just couldn't get excited about it. Then I found Wii Just Dance. I am not a dancer but I got off the couch and giggled and grinned and sweated and had a great time and it did not feel like work, it was more play. And I started losing weight. This jump started me back in February. I am 51 pounds down now, and walking 1-3 miles a day and even started a little running in the last few weeks. But it all started with Wii Dancing for me. There are a number of dancing games: Just Dance 1 thru 4, Michael Jackson dance, Abba dance, I think there is a country dancing one, and I am sure there are more. Just find one that speaks to you and have a ball!
