I didn't like the change at first (don't like any change) but now I find it much easier to use. Also, the changes in the articles are much more user friendly. I did like that change!

Were you tracking the exercises in the tracker? If so, maybe you can go back to last year or before when they switched it, and see what the exercises were listed as ? Just a thought!

I saw your post and thought.....could it possibly be on you tube.com? Have you tried there? I know some sparkpeople videos are there. I originally checked out this post to see if you typed out the name of the exercise program. I was going to check on youtube.com for you to see if it was there. well I am sorry to hear of your frustrations. if you want I can check for you there. Just give me the name of the program..... yours in health & fitness, Jen

I've had similar issues when it first made the switch a few months ago. When was the last time you tracked your exercise? Can you go back to one of the days that you tracked it and see if it's still there?

The new great revised Fitness format that SparkPeople came up with did away with the fitness program I'd been using and recording for several years. emoticon

Yes, many of you wouldn't consider it much of an exercise program. It wasn't designed for people under 50. But, by the time you are in your 70's you begin to cut back on what you are doing. My limited activities which included strength, stretch and flexibility exercise as well as walking, gardening, mowing lawns. It worked for me. "Upright and Moving" is the motto of our over the hill aged walking group. Anyway, the things I had on my fitness program listing were what worked for me. And, the list help me to monitor that I did those extra activities. Its gone with the revision of this site.

SP's revised Fitness activity recording program did away with my old kprogram and gave me something that doesn't work for me. Actually, the new revisions are eliminating things I did on SP, the excess of advertising that requires time to load, making you wait and wait for SP programs to run. are turning me off to Spark People.

The two things that keep me regular on SP are the Weight chart which I visit daily. I keep a record of my morning blood pressure on this format. My doctor loves the charts I give her at my visits. I use the Goals charting. And, I use the Nutrition program to watch my daily caloric intake. Unfortunately, some revisitons here also make it harder, more ackward to use.

ALMOST GONE
