I've been running for four years now, and I also Roller skate 2-3 times a week. I know that I should be cross training, which I tell myself Roller Derby accounts for, but what about rest days? I am trying to keep a 10 min of fitness a day streak going, and I feel like rest days are counter productive to THAT, yet I know they are important. Basically, I'm wondering what people on here do on rest days-do you literally do nothing, or do you do light cardio- and how often you take them?
