It appears to be a mishmash of different bodyweight exercises and some assisted Pilates type exercises. Since it is sustained for an hour I would classify it as a light resistance bodyweight programme. There is nothing shown in the video which would meet the standard for a dedicated cardio workout.
Nothing really new or unique here just a different combination of standard bodyweight, barre and Pilates exercises.
It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.
