When you say you were going to the gym everyday, is that literal, like you were going 7 days/week? How long were you at the gym each time you went? What were you doing while you were there? If you were there 7 days/week, that may be part of the problem. Maybe go 3 days a week instead of 7. If you were doing the same thing every day, then change it up.

As the others said, find something that works for you.

Find something that YOU like to do and you'll look forward to doing, and like OBIESMOM said, just commit to 10 mins/day. If you do more, awesome! but just doing 10 minutes is better than 0 minutes :)

change it up as much as you can with your exercise - different classes, do some things outside, etc

commit to just 10 minutes every day. Even when you REALLY don't want to. Most days you'll find that you keep going longer. And on those days that 10 minutes is all you do, you've still met your challenge.
