I love doing anything that requires your own physical power to move a vehicle - be it a boat or a bike. I usually bike down to the rowing club that I am a member of as a warm up, row, and then bike home as a cool down.

It's got to be walking/running, usually treadmill. I think my least favourite is elliptical. I quite like Zumba!

I would have to say Zumba, hands down. I have never looked forward to working out like I do with Zumba.
I'm also a fan of grabbing my ipod and heading out for a good hour long brisk walk. Just me, my music and my thoughts.

I want to try running too-sometimes walking is just toooo slow...Haven't committed just yet but sometimes will walk-run and try to beat my time around a set 1.5 mile path. I used to run a little, a long time ago and it does get addicting. It is hard while running but you just feel GREAT later!

Wii Rhythm Boxing??? Gonna have to try that!

I like cardio kick boxing. I think I want to start running though. Never been very good at running long distances but I think it is something I would really enjoy once I get good at it :)

I really love running. I've never really done much other than that. I usually run almost 2-3 miles three days a week. There is just something about music on the ipod and just running...

I like variety. Running, incline walks on the treadmill, kickboxing, kettle bells, circuit training are all great. I feel so much better when I workout.

I decided that I'm ADD and I like to change things up all the time. 20 minutes of this, 20 minutes of that, lift this, lift that. I also read that changing exercise tactics helps keep your body from getting "set." It seems to make the exercise time fly by too.

most of what i can do now is walking - and exertubes for some strength
what i do not understand is 'your body gets used to what you do and you have change things up' - but isn't it still burning calories? why does the wt loss slow to a crawl or stop - just because you still walk the same route, distance and pace?
when people first start to exercise - they say ' just move' - then it all becomes very scientific, complicated and frankly discouraging.
i used to wt train, aerobisize and pilates - i was thinner then and much younger - but i never saw a huge difference in my body - it cost a lot for a personal trainer - but i had one for six months when i was a working person.
now it all seems as though i could have done a lot of cheaper stuff -

Just bought 10 pound dumb bells at WalMart. I'm really getting into "strength training". Never did it before. Muscles burn more calories. It is so hot in Florida in the summer. I like that I can exercise indoors in the AC.
