Probably swimming or zumba. Besides that, cardio kickboxing, step, trx, biking, rowing, jumping rope, sledding, amt/elliptical, hiking, etc. I like everything except for golf.

At the moment it's my mountain bike I've converted into a stationary bike with the help of a bike trainer. At first I didn't think I'd get a "real work out" like when I ride on trails. But it turns out it's tougher! It's ALL ME giving that bike it's momentum. Turns out I actually get a higher calorie burn and maintain a higher heart rate versus doing the elliptical which has always been my number one. After three minutes, I'm winded and end up totally drenched in sweat and I love it! Of course, I alternate between the cybex elliptical trainer at the gym, that does wonders for my thighs!

I don't wanna just turn heads. I wanna BREAK necks!

My dream would be to have access to a well equipped fitness center with gyms pools and various classes. At the moment I am using videos in addition to regular walking for variety .Kickboxing is one of my favorite ways to boost my cardio. I love Qi Gong for relaxation and Coach Nicoles's various strengthening videos for toning.

Walking, water aerobics. We do have a college fitness center that I am looking into. they have the water classes as well as a rubberized track. Being that we live in Maine and roads aren't the best in the winter for walking, I plan on having a treadmill, one way or another.

My favorite work out is plain old walking. I grab the leash for my mini poodle Snickers and we head out the door. There is a dog walk across from my apartment complex and the road I live does not have much traffic. We have 4 different walks that we go on (I use the map my own route feature to create walks and monitor distance). My treadmill is sitting idle in the bedroom, so I plan to add in 30 minute sessions, 3 mph at 5% or 10% incline (depending on energy level), 3 times a week.

At home, I dance around for a couple of minutes during commercials or just when the mood strikes me. Lying in bed, in the morning, I stretch my arms over my head, point my toes, and do about 10-15 ab crunches/contractions.

As I gain more energy and more stamina, I am hoping to add some of the workout videos that are available on this site.

I lke Coach Nicole's 28 Day Bootcamp ST videos.. When I jog in the Fall and Winter, i do ST 2X/week for 30 minutes. Otherwise, I do ST daily broken up into manageable 10 minute workouts. Believe it or not, I'm getting ripped (my legs, arms, and back)

Love to walk, the smell of outside and breeze (when there is one) makes for a perfect background for walking. I am trying to walk longer each week. Have extremely bad knees so I have to take one day at a time. But, I will walk...it is good for me and my morale.

I like to do a variety of things throughout the week at the gym. i like the gym because that becomes "me" time and it keeps me motivated. I am not disciplined enough to workout at home. Anyway my week typically looks like this;

Mon -Rush Power (weightlifting class)
Tue - spinning (if i am not too sore from the day before)
Wed - yoga
Friday - Spinning
Saturday - centergy (pilates & yoga hybrid)
Sunday - spinning

I also take my kids to the pool as much as possible.I might use the pool at the gym in the winter but if I do it will be once a week.

I LOVE ZUMBA with Kelly at the rush in clevelend tn. U burn like a 1000 calories with her, shes amazing and really crazy with great music and moves
