With 3 small children (and being a bit OCD) I do about 4-6 hours a day of house cleaning/chores straight in the morning/early afternoon after my workout. I don't own a dishwasher so I wash my dishes by hand for a family of five. I hang my clothes out to dry in the spring/summer/fall to save on electricity. I tend to my veggie/fruit garden and flower gardens. I go through a 3 day cycle of dusting and general surface cleaning/vacuuming/mopping. I make the beds every day. Then there's meal prepping and I make 90% of our meals from scratch. I don't drive so when my husband is at work, we walk to do errands.
I try to get everything done (incl. my workout) from 6am to about 1-2pm. Then we have relaxation and family time in the backyard (I sit and enjoy a homemade frozen yogurt or tassimo skinny latte) and at dinner it starts back up again until bedtime! I love keeping busy. When I'm bored, I eat. :(
We also usually take an evening nature hike for an hour or two 3-4 days a week.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow. www.leangains.com/2010/01/marshmallo
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. If you don't want to get bulky, lift heavy!
I can bench Nicole Richie, eat more than she does in a day before noon, I have a good 20 lbs on her but could still wear her pants.
