I totally agree with Cheetara - you can't target where you lose weight from. Specific exercises may develop a specific muscle, but will do absolutely nothing about the overlying layer of fat.
What you can do is to continue to reduce your overall body fat through a combination of cardio, all-body strength training and watching your intake, and some of it will naturally come off whatever you consider your target areas.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
