It's definitely true that you can't spot-reduce. But if you don't have a dvd player at work, do you have time during your lunch break that you could go for a walk? Even if it's just walking the halls, going up and down stairs, something to get you moving is better than sitting at your desk/breakroom/etc eating for 30-60 minutes.

I totally agree with Cheetara - you can't target where you lose weight from. Specific exercises may develop a specific muscle, but will do absolutely nothing about the overlying layer of fat.

What you can do is to continue to reduce your overall body fat through a combination of cardio, all-body strength training and watching your intake, and some of it will naturally come off whatever you consider your target areas.

Push aways. Push yourself away from the table after you've eaten a healthy, nutritious meal in your Spark calorie range.

You can't spot reduce. Fat loss is a total body process. When you exercise a certain muscle, the body does NOT draw energy from the fat stores around that muscle. It gets the energy from your bloodstream.

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

HI there. I am pretty active at home and at work. However i get bored very easy with my dvds. Also at work there isnt a dvd player i can use so i found these great spark videos. So i guess what im asking is what are the best exersizes for ........................
1. Flabby arms
2. Muffin top
3. thighs.
