I have a related question and hope there is someone or a Coach who can answer.
I want to track my fitness and when I search for "Circuit training" I get a couple of choices. However, I'm not really sure what each of them count in the calorie tracker.
I did the circuit at the gym that's geared for you to get your whole body workout in about 30 minutes.
Is there a way to view details of what encompasses any of the fitness entries? I hope my question makes sense...
