My doctor kind of got on me about gaining 8 lbs in the last 6 months (stress and hectic deadlines at work!). So I've started adding walking to my routine. Right now though, my husband is waiting on knee surgery next week and can't walk with me at a good pace around the mall. So that he can go with me, we've rented a wheelchair at the mall so I can push him around (it gets me moving and him out of the house!). As far as exercise, how do I treat it? Cardio or what? It's alot of work to push him around the mall. I don't walk fast, but I'm pushing a 190lb man in a wheelchair.
