Your body at some point becomes resistant when you're doing the same type of workout all the time, so it won't be as effective. To lose the last of that weight, I'd suggest using HIIT (high intensity interval training) i.e. walking/ jogging/ sprinting or just jumping rope. If done correctly, 30 minutes a day can make a major impact. Another thing you could try is working out twice a day.
