Hi, I have been a Sparkpeople member for some time now, but lost my motivation. Well now that I am heavier than I have ever been before, I am back!
There used to be a place where I could see/print strength training exercises for each day. I think they even changed to work different muscles each day. Is that still a feature of the sight? Things have changed in the time I was gone, and can't find my way around... lol.
