My biggest tips are:
1. Track everything. Run the Daily Nutrition Feedback every day. Not only does this help to keep you on track, but over time it will help you to learn what really does and does not work for you personally.
2. Develop an exercise plan for each week. For me, an hour a day, six days a week is a minimum. I try to include strength training 2-3 days/per week and I also try to alternate high and low-impact exercises. Raise your exercise intensity over time.
3. Set small goals and implement changes over time. If you try to change everything about your lifestyle all at once, you will fail. Pick one thing to work on, develop a new habit and get it to stick before you try anything else.
