Not every activity will be in the tracker; you may need to use a general entry like "low impact aerobics" or something like that to estimate your calories. It may be impossible to guess, and you can eat at the top of your range and a little over if you're still starving. You may need to create a manual entry to record it if you want it to read what the activity actually was.
