I came through my front door after my second session at the gym and slept for two hours in my entry foyer floor. The level of my fatigue astounded me.
After six weeks I felt better. Still somewhat tired, but not nearly as exhausted as the first week.
Two years later, I LOVE exercise. When I got bored with fixed machines at the gym for ST, I moved to rubber bands at home. I switched from the treadmill to the elliptical and to walking 10K steps daily around the lakes and trails where I live. And I found and fell in love with Pilates, Zumba and yoga classes that I now can't imagine my life without.
Yes it gets easier. Yes, it can become so much fun. Hang in there, let yourself find the things you truly like to do and you can make it work.
