The link says they're for runners, but I do them even though I mostly walk right now. I recently started the SP Rookie Running Program, and I'm also doing the Zombies, Run! 5K training. The workouts have hardly any running in them at this stage, but I still find these stretches help immensely with soreness, and they just feel really, really good after using my legs for so long (I usually go for 45 minutes to a little over an hour.)!
