If you enjoy it, it certainly isn't going to hurt! Yoga is a fantastic, low-impact exercise with benefits far beyond the flexibility training it provides. If you want to do it everyday, GO for it! I don't know if it's a "good" idea or not, but it's certainly NOT a bad one!
