Welcome to SP. Hope it helps you as much as it did me. There are lots of tips on SP, here are a few that worked for me.
10 minutes a day of exercise three times a day is almost like working out 30 minutes.
Figure out what small change(s) you are willing to make for the rest of your life. Examples:
Eat low fat dressing instead of Blue Cheese or full Ranch dressing. Substitute water for soda and juice drinks. Cut back or eliminate alcohol. Substitute light frozen desserts for ice cream.
Read 1-2 articles on SP daily to learn.
Read message boards and contribute to them. Keep asking questions and learning.
Track your exercise daily
Track your food intake daily.
