It counts the main exercise portion of the workout. The cool down and warm up still burn some calories, but not as many as the main part, so I would consider those minutes to be a "bonus".

That's a really good question and, while I don't know the answer, I also enter the whole time.
When I do the videos that are on this site and click to enter it into my fitness for the day they count the whole time.

Hi, I usually check the entire time. Most of the time warm up and cool down is less the 5minutes anyway

I just had a question as to how most of you do your tracking. I just did a Cardio Blast video, but I'm wondering if the tracker just calculates the main exercise portion or the warm up and cool down portion also? I put that i did the video for 20 minutes, but I don't know if the calorie calculator calculates that as 20 minutes of the main exercise workout or the warm up and cool down as well?
