I just quick track "fitness minutes." I don't think the "calories burned" calculations are accurate enough to be worth the trouble. There is no way this program (or any other) can know how many calories were burned with any degree of accuracy. It's just a VERY rough estimate ... so I don't bother with that. I just make sure I do enough exercise to get my heart pumping and a little out of breat at least 150 minutes per week. I aim for 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week -- and usually do a little more than that.
I log my minutes each day in the quick tracker on my start page ... and I participate in one of the challenges in which everybody similarly logs their minutes. We start a new thread every month. Over the last couple of years, I have amassed quite a DVD collection. I have Zumba, some routines by Ellen Barrett, some by The Firm, a couple of TurboFire ones (but not the whole set) ... Paul Katami's Ultimate Kettlebell for Beginners, Melt It Off with Mitch, several by Leslie Sansone, and a few others. I recently ordered a couple that are more pilates/yogo/ballet oriented to change things up a bit. I can't wait for them to arrive to try them out.
