Kinda, though not quite as you're imagining.
When you go in to the set up area of your fitness tracker, you can set how many calories you burn in a week. With this information (as well as the info on your weight, gender, how much you want to lose, how long you want to take to lose it), SparkPeople gives you a calorie range to eat. Setting it so that you burn more calories will give you a higher range to eat. It's very important to accurately set up your fitness calories so that you're getting a range that will fuel your body - not eating enough can hinder you as much as not eating too much!
Because your trackers already account for the calories you're burning/going to burn, it's important to not "eat back" your calories like you do on other programs. Instead your extra calories are spread out through out the week. Make sense?
Do something everyday that your future self will thank you for.
