Well, I have Time Warner Cable where I am and was browsing the on demand videos and found some free fitness videos on Sports & Fitness on demand channel. I tried out ballet for the first time with an on the floor video and another one of full body stretches. I admit, at my weight, I can't do everything in the videos, but I made sure to keep moving.
NOTE: Ballet burns a lot more calories (and also hurts more) than expected. I'm bushed after barely a half hour of it! I thought it was pretty interesting movements though. I never tried it before in my life though. :)
I was just thinking, if you're like me and only have a netbook to do your cardio videos from, check out your cable channels for free on demand. Other companies might have this on there too.
