Most of my Spark's journey I burned 2000 cals/week. Since the beginning of spring I've been burning 2500-3000 cals (my family and I do a lot of hiking).
When I first started losing weight I ate around 1300 cals. For my last 20 lbs I calorie cycled between 1200-1700 cals (averging 1450 cals).
My last 5-10 lbs. I calorie cycled with 3 days at 1500 cals and 1 day at maintenance (1800-2000 cals).
I'm currently trying to take off some weight I gained over the last 2 months (struggling to maintain due to some horrific binges) but when I'm maintaining I eat around 1800-2200 cals. I'm 5'2 and around 110 lbs. I lose quite quickly on 1500 cals or less.
