Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to specifically target any area of your body for weight loss. This is called spot reduction, and because our bodies lose fat over the entire body, rather than specific places, it's not possible. Where you lose from is determined by genetics... not the exercises you do. That's because our muscles draw their energy from the blood stream, not the surrounding fat stores.
Tightening skin is something that happens with time, not exercises. STaying hydrated and doing regular strength training will help not make it worse, but only time will tell if the skin will snap back. Some people find that it won't, and their only option is surgery.
