Firstly, take a deep breath. You can do it (keep saying this to yourself).
Your goals are not insurmountable. Starving yourself is not a good plan, I hope you know this. So let's get it out of your mindset. You need to feed your body based on your activity.
A first step is to look at what you eat now and see where you can make improvements.
Go to the Starbucks website and look up the nutrition of your guilty pleasure. Is it still worth it? Do you keep it as a treat or is this a daily consumption?
Is your diet mostly of lean proteins, healthy fats, whole grains, fruits and vegetables?
Do you track here? If so would you be willing to share what you eat? This way we can give more specific direction.
If not, you need to start. It can make all the difference in the world to your success. This way, you start with what you know - then you can plan and make better choices. Tracking what you eat is probably the most important thing you will do to help you meet your goals.
P90X is a great Strength Training program so good for you and keep making ST a part of your plan of attack. ST will help you maintain muscle while on a calorie deficit.
Do you do any cardio?
I know it seems like everything is out of control right now but your body will respond to healthy habits. It just won't be able to help itself. :-)
