I fear you are right. I have been experiencing more pain rather than less. I do need my doctor. I want to say this is so ill timed, but when is the proper time for injury? On the bright side, it was my knees I was testing to see if the work I had been doing on my quads was paying off. My knees sailed through like a charm. I guess I need more groin work.
