Allow a rest day for muscle groups worked. You can work out every day, but use other body parts for the focus. For example, if you walk/jog/run one day, do upper body strength the next. Doing Zumba? Add Yoga, pilates, and/or stretching the next. This will help you not be so tired.

A,

I would definitely ease back into a routine. That will help prevent injury and mental burnout. Doing too much too soon is never a good idea.

Hope that helps,

It's been two months, but I am kicking my butt back into shape if it's the last thing I do! Sunday and Monday I did pretty intense cardio - Zumba Sunday and Jillian Michael's 'Blast Fat Boost Metabolism - and today I am ridiculously tired. Question: Should I be building up, or just hit the ground running and start working out with high intensity often? Thanks for your help sparkers.
