Early this year, my doctor found a mass in my throat and through months of testing, found it to be an ossified growth plate on my spine. It's a one in a million and I have to keep it because the risk of surgery is too great. I feel pretty good but my neck often hurts and the doctor was warned me not to apply any pressure to my head or neck area. I didn't realize just how much I did things that did apply pressure to both! Does anyone have any suggestions of exercises that would benefit my upper body and core without neck or head strain?
