Hello all! Anyone out there using Chalene's turbo fire?
I have done the program before about two years ago. At that time, I was getting ready for my wedding. Religiously followed the schedule and counted calories....was able to lose about 25 lbs and was ecstatic with the results over about 5 months.
Now the weight is back, and I'm doing the program again. This time, my life is busier. I'm slowly working my way through the schedule, but sometimes one week takes me two weeks to complete. I'm not counting calories, but feel like I am eating sensibly. I'm now at week 9 (which has taken me about 3 months). I definitely feel more fit, and I know my endurance/stamina has increased. However, I have not lost a single pound; and still wearing the same size in clothes. I tried taking measurements; those are not much different either. (Maybe a 1/2 in here and there?)
Last time I did turbo fire, I felt like it was so effective I would have lost weight even without counting calories. Was I wrong? Anyone else have a similar experience? Any words of wisdom?
