Any time you make a change to your exercise program, your muscles tend to retain water which can lead to a temporary increase on the scale.

Since you are so close to your goal weight, I'd recommend having your body fat tested. That's a better indicator of health versus a number on the scale. If you're already in the healthy range, that could be one reason you're having trouble losing weight.

Are you doing any strength training? Do you track your food daily?

I am not overweight, my BMI is within the healthy range. I'd like to lose about 10 pounds to be on the lower end of my BMI. I always watch what I eat, don't eat junk and try not to go over my calorie range. About 3 weeks I found Zumba and do about 5 classes a week. I love it. However, I have not seen any weight loss, in fact I gained a few pounds and I have not lost any inches either. This is so frustrating, I know it's only been 3 weeks, but if I'm doing everyone right, why is the weight not going in the other direction? Any thoughts?
