So, I discovered this new coach on Amazon - Kelly Coffey-Meyer. She makes great non-nonsense strength training videos, very challenging and thorough (and she's way less annoying than... some other popular instructors). During the week I rarely have the time for 40-45 min videos, so I decided to give it a try on Saturday.
Yesterday I was sore. Today I can barely walk and my triceps are screaming.
Getting old and out of shape I guess. I am going to buy all her 30-min to fitness videos and do them at least 2-3 times a week to turn back the clock. This is pathetic.
