thanks. It wasn't there, but I added it through the customize today link :) All good now :D

Mini goal 10% weight loss from 144.5 (mar) by 15th may.
Current 144.5 = % target - 130

Waist:height ratio target: 44% (waist 29")
current: 61.5% (highly obese :( )
current BMI 23.8 (normal!!!)

When you scroll to the bottom right of any page, you'll see "my Favorites". You should be able to find the article from there if you added it.

Thanks Jen, I was going to ask the same question. But how can I find it again? I click the link on my spark page, but nothing appears. (when i added that article to favorites, it showed I already had 2 others).

Great article. I'd read it before, but the bullet points at the end are SO simple :)

On the left sidebar of the article, you should see a button to click to "save". That will save it to your favorites.
